底座
鋸床底座為鋼板焊接而成的箱形結構,床身·✘◕、立柱固定其上│•↟,底座內腔有較大空間│•↟,前左側為電氣按鈕控制箱│•↟,右側為電氣配電板箱│•↟,中間由鋼板焊成的液壓油箱│•↟,腔內裝有液壓泵站│•↟,液壓管路│•↟,右側為冷卻切削液箱及水泵•◕₪。
床身

鋸梁和傳動機構
由厚鋼板切割成形焊接而成│•↟,具有較強的剛性│•↟,其右後側固定有蝸輪箱│•↟,箱內的蝸輪與鋸樑上面的主動輪固接│•↟,二者同步旋轉│•↟,左側為被動輪和鋸條張緊位置•◕₪。鋸條的迴轉運動由主電機·✘◕、皮帶輪·✘◕、蝸輪付經兩級變速將驅動為傳遞到主動輪│•↟,再由主動輪·✘◕、鋸條驅動被動輪來實現的│•↟,鋸條運轉速度共三檔•◕₪。
鋸條導向裝置

base
The base of the sawing machine is a box structure welded by steel plates. The bed and column are fixed on it. There is a large space in the inner cavity of the base. The front left side is the electric button control box, the right side is the electrical distribution board box, and the middle part is the hydraulic oil tank welded by steel plate. The hydraulic pump station and hydraulic pipeline are installed in the cavity, and the cooling and cutting fluid tank and water pump are on the right side.
Bed
The bed is made of cast iron and fixed on the base. The column is composed of large and small columns. As the guide rail of the saw frame, the large circular column is used to support the up and down movement of the saw beam and ensure accurate guidance. The small cylinder plays an auxiliary role to ensure the normal cutting of the saw blade. In the middle is the clamping vise and the manual feeding mechanism. In front of the vise is a worktable to receive the finished products. The clamping device on the left side is that the clamping screw rod passes through the inner hole of the hydraulic clamping cylinder rod and rotates the hand wheel or presses the button to make the left jaw move left and right. 2: Application: mainly used in cutting materials of machinery, forging, processing, etc.
Functions and features
Hydraulic control sawing speed, infinitely adjustable. Oil cylinder control, stable feed. Beam forming device can be added according to customer needs. According to the needs, there are semi-automatic and CNC full-automatic options. It can be used for angle cutting sawing machine.
Product type of sawing machine

Saw beam and transmission mechanism
The worm gear box is fixed on the right rear side of the box. The worm gear in the box is fixedly connected with the driving wheel above the saw beam. Both rotate synchronously. The left side is the tension position of the driven wheel and saw blade. The rotary motion of the saw blade is driven by the main motor, belt pulley and worm gear through two-stage speed change, which is then realized by the driving wheel and the saw blade driving the passive wheel. The saw blade operates at three speeds.
Saw blade guide
The guide device installed on the saw beam support plate consists of left and right guide arms and guide heads. Both the left and right guide arms can move along the dovetail tenon (or the right guide arm is fixed on the column sleeve), and the distance between the two guide arms is about 40mm wider than the workpiece size. The guide device is used to change the installation angle of the saw blade to make the saw blade perpendicular to the working table. In order to ensure the cutting accuracy of the saw blade and reduce vibration, a set of guide wheels (rolling bearings) and wear-resistant guide blocks are respectively installed on the left and right guide arms, and the guide blocks of wear-resistant alloy are also installed on the back of the saw blade.
Clamping mechanism
The right vise is fixed on the bed, and the clamping screw rod passes through the inner hole of the hydraulic clamping cylinder, and is connected by the screw rod. The left vice moves left and right along the guide rail, and is connected when the distance between the left vice and the workpiece is 10-30mm. Press the clamping or loosening clamp of control panel by hand to clamp or loosen the workpiece.
Tensioning device
The tensioning device is composed of slide plate base, slide plate, screw rod, etc. when the saw blade is to be tensioned, the saw blade can be tensioned by rotating clockwise with a torque wrench, and it is in working state. If the sawing machine is shut down for a long time, the torque wrench should be turned anticlockwise to loosen the saw blade.
